10 Years of Rain

Ten Years of Rain is an upcoming game from Yurt on Turtle Games, inspired by classics like The Legend of Zelda, Beyond Oasis, and Golden Axe Warrior. It reimagines retro action-adventure with a unique setting drawn from Central Asian myth and legend. Explore a vast world — from the Gobi Desert to the Caspian Sea. Fight monsters, solve puzzles, and survive deadly dungeons using your blade, your hawk, and your wits.

This game is currently in development, and our team is working hard to make a fantasy RPG that is challenging, beautiful, and unique. The Gods passed their judgment upon the world. The skies broke, and for ten long years, it rained.

High atop a forgotten mountain, a nameless child endured. They lived off rot-slick mushrooms and rusted memories, honing the edge of their father’s blade against stone and sorrow. Below, the world drowned — not in water, but in shadow.

Now the rain has ceased. The earth stinks of blood and ruin. The Great Khan’s monsters roam free, feasting on what little survived.

With only a blade, a hawk, and the ghosts of the old world, the young warrior descends.

They will walk the drowned roads.
They will face beasts born of nightmare and plague.
They will either bring fire back to the dead — or die like a dog in the mud.
